Property’s Association
South Shore Corporate Park Industrial is represented by a property’s association (POA). The POA is responsible for the enforcement of the covenants and deed restrictions, as governed by the adopted by-laws. The services provided are:

- Architectural reviews
- Enforcement activities
- Legal
- Insurance provision
